Our role is to step in, organize the chaos, and help ensure care is coordinated, understood, and aligned with your goals.

Reviewing and organizing medical records and health data for accuracy and clarity. We help clients understand how information is documented and shared across healthcare and insurance systems. When errors, omissions, or outdated information are identified, we guide clients through appropriate correction and amendment processes and support efforts to address inaccurate health data that may affect care or coverage.
Helping clients prepare for appointments, clarify questions, understand recommendations, and feel more confident participating in medical decision-making.
Ongoing support for individuals managing multiple conditions, multiple providers, or evolving treatment plans.

Because healthcare needs change over time, we do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. Some situations require hands-on advocacy and close involvement, while others need only occasional support.
All clients begin with a Clinical Case Review & Support Assessment, which allows us to understand your situation and recommend the most appropriate level of advocacy support. As needs change, clients may move between levels of support. Any change is discussed with you in advance.
We offer advocacy through three Advocacy Levels, designed to match the level of support you need without unnecessary cost or complexity.
For complex or evolving medical situations where active, ongoing advocacy and oversight is needed.
For medically stable but changing situations, where professional guidance and oversite between appointments is helpful.
For stable situations where occasional, non-clinical support at specific appointments is needed.
We will help you determine the right level during your initial assessment and adjust as circumstances change.
